Full Stack Graphic Designer - Long term - German native

Hi there!

Zapiano.com team is looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging graphics for a variety of media, main goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.
It's a long-term job, we’re seeking to find the best fit for us to be aligned.

Responsibilities:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements;
- Schedule projects and define estimates;
- Conceptualise visuals based on requirements;
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas;
- Develop illustrations and other designs using software or by hand;
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic (to be aligned with brand identity);
- Manage tasks inside ClickUp management system;
- Update existing graphic assets.
- deliver XD Files for designed pages (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- finish our brandguide (it's done 90%)

Requirements:
- Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio;
- Familiarity with design software and technologies;
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
